GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION

• Kettler guarantees that their products have been manufactured with the greatest care using materials of the highest quality. However, should you have reason for complaint, please contact Kettler USA Parts & Service Department. Do not forget to submit your receipt of payment. The guarantee commences on the date of purchase. Entitlement to service under the guarantee does not recommence if repairs are carried out.
• Damage caused by incorrect treatment or the use of force is not covered by this guarantee.
• Similarly, the manufacturer is not liable for damage to the product caused by environmental factors (ie: air, rain, rain water pollution, etc). Any costs arising from the repair of damage of this kind will not be assumed by the manufacturer.
• The manufacturer is not liable for damage to the product caused by improper use.
• Damaged components may endanger your safety or shorten the life of the product. Replace all damaged parts immediately. Use only spare parts manufactured by Kettler.
• Incorrect repairs or alterations to the product (ie: removal of original Kettler parts and their replacement with non-Kettler parts) may endanger the user's safety. • When ordering spare parts, always state the full item number and spare part number. Please indicate if you need fastening material (ie: bolts, nuts, washers, etc.) since some parts do not include fastening material.
